good luck... we are going through the same thing.. his oath ceremony is for sept 14, 2011!!! I'm so excited!!!!!

forgot to come back and update, we got a letter on august 24 saying his appointment is on sept. 14!!!! yay:bounce:

well we sent the application on march 30, 2011 and he had his interview on august 4th. now we are just waiting for him to get a letter for the oath ceremony date and time.... so about 4 to 5 months...

just got GREAT NEWS today. i received and email with an update on his case. the email said that his application has been approved and is now in the ceremony que. we just need to wait until we receive...

Nov. 15 2007 was actually the I-601 Waiver appointment and my Hubby was approved. "I dont know why I put infopass LOL" :D

oh no he never went to court. he just pled guilty, paid the fine and got out of jail.

yes my sis in law called and he has it for three days after his first interview. im just nervous for him because of that small arrest he had for traffic issue.

my hubby went to the one across the street. i've hear bad rumors on the one next to the consulate. it's just a matter of choice though.
