If a favorable Advisory Opinion was rendered by State in determining inadmissibility, can this be ignored by CIS and reapply the same sanction.

I got thru to the consul sometime last week. The package was sent out on Sept 2 2008. I do not know why they held unto the package for a full month.

This is about my waiver package going from the consulate to CIS in Accra. I am a bit worried that eight weeks is a long time .

I made an inquiry and I got a reply that said that their record does not reflect receiving any waivers in my name. The suggest that I check after October. I dont know what to do.
