Im filing out this N-400 based on being married to a usc.

On Part 7 Check box A, B, C in particular check off box "A" it ask..how many total trip you have made in 5 yrs....shouldnt...

Yep i agree with you guys on this ...and ill will attach an explanation cover letter with the file...all that 601 waiver stuff is done with now and was approved in 2006. so nothing really to stress...

Make sure you send recorded delivery(signed for) and also make sure you made several copy's of what you have sent....

Yep Angie....My Guess is that somebody doing the N400 will be crossed checked several times before the interveiw/during/after, before the oath...

Next concern: Part 7 of the N-400 asks about time spent outside the US during the past five years. Even though we`re going on the "three year plan" due to my citizenship, we still fill out the form...

Why would there be a delay? All the I/O got to do is check there and then if need be...but i feel all checks are made well before a N400 interveiw anyways...

I feel if somebody filed a waiver...

Even tho the 601 waiver was approved and that will be on her file anyway..so they will know..
But if i was her of which i am by the way...i would put it down anyways..
That way she's covered and...
