    Hello,

    I am still trying to figure this website out, Can anyone direct me to "How to Post a question". I might as well ask here.

    Long story short, I was detained for 20 months; lost our 9th Circuit case. Been in America since when I was 12, now am 29, was 27 when got detained. My wife, my darling who has stayed with me this far i love her so much.

    My case is very simple only reason we were deported was because our political asylum case was denied and we never took any other action; I.C.E states that we over stayed our visa. I have not commited any single crime in America, paid my bills just like any other person, had a legal SS#, Drivers license, Home, Car, Good Job. Lived a normal life.

    Got detained Feb 8, 2007
    Deported Nov 4 2008

    Filed I-130 August 3rd 2009
    waiting now.......


    My question is; is there a chance that the I-130 can be denied?
