    Hi blueblue,
    Thanks again for all of the info you have provided. Since I am new to this forum, I am not aware of what the outcome of your situation was. What did you do after the visa was returned to the USCIS? Did you eventually get an approval?

    So from your timeline it was about a year from when you resubmitted your hardship packet to the time it was approved, but this is considering expedite and the fact that it was in the end thrown out bc it was not indamissable. I'm one of the one's debating the $5000 fee for Laurel packet, but I will defintely do it if if I get denied after submitting my own.
