<Hi Salsa, I have a question maybe you could help or you may know someone who does, I just received an email from UCIS telling me that the I-160 was send to the International Adjudications Support Branch (IASB) for adjudication. Can you tell me what does that mean, Please or refer me to someone. Thank you for your help and support.

go to the I-601 Mexico forum and then click "new thread." posting about your situation is the best way to get info. it does not sound like enough for them to grant an expedite, but post your issue on the forum to get more opinions.

My husband has been backlogged since September 2008, I am 6 1/2 months pregnant my obgyn has referred me to go see a specialist for Diabetes since it was really high and considers this high risk!!!

My question is, will I qualify for some kind of expedite????
