June 21, 2010 - Paid the $70 APS (Affidavit of Support) fee to the NVC
July 9th, 2010 - Paid the $400 Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee Bill Invoice to the NVC
August 2nd,2010 - Sent I-130 Petition for stepson
August 2nd, 2010 - Mailed out the Affidavit of Support and Immigrant Visa Application packets
November 23rd, 2010 - E-mail from the NVC verifies that all documents have been received and that they are waiting for the interview date to be scheduled
December 17th, 2010 - Received e-mail from the NVC with our open appointment date! January 14th, 2011.
January 14th, 2011 - Visa Appt completed, we qualify for the I-601!
January 14th, 2011 - Scheduled Waiver appointment for March 15th
March 12th, 2011 - Received DS-3032 Agent form from NVC for stepson
March 15th, 2011 - Attended waiver appointment
March 24th, 2011 - Received the DHL packet, APPROVED!!!
