hi my name is sara my husband has been in mexico for 7 and half years. he got busted for working under a diffent name and i got him out of INS jail for $5.000.00 they then told him a year later he had to lev or be sent back so he went back on his own so he didnt get a 10 year band. i filled a i601 wevier the diened that. now i dont have a lawyer he quit on me. he just wanted my money. what should i do? we have been maried for 8 years have and have i 8year old and i have one child that is not his. someone please help. i live in harrisonburg va

    Sara, post your timeline and specifics in the forum, maybe under 601 and his country. You should hve a very compelling hardship case since you have a child who is not his and could not go live in his home country. Include if he has had any run ins with the law. Dates, specifics. I wish you luck.
