That is great news the I-130 is the most time consuming part - everything else should proceed rather quickly, good luck. BTW we just got a waybill # I am totally flipping out!
We just got our I-130 approval, so I am really happy about that!! A little over 5 and a half months for that, but now hopefully we will get to the NVC and interview with in the next 2 or 3 months..
Not yet, he had his appointment on March 13th and it is still pending. A lot of members on the board have already gotten approvals from early March, so this waiting game is extra frustrating. How are y'all doing? What is your next step?
