got approved and instruction letter and sent off passport and now i was wondering how long does it take to get my passport with my visa back from us consul in rio de janeiro? i did the whole process already for the immigrant visa and the last thing was to do was send my passport out to get my visa.... .sent passport through sedex/fedex on sept 29 and should get to the on monday oct 3 looked at tickets found one for 5,360 for 3 people ...
I just found out my waiver was approved and i got my instruction letter 3 weeks after but I got 2 types of insruction letters one says for me to send the rest of the documents and the other says that i have an appointment and bring the rest of the documents in when i have my interview...
