I'm really sorry guys, but here are some more...
1.) Ok-- IF we get the bond hearing, and the bond hearing is scheduled to occur AFTER the scheduled master calendar hearing, what is going to happen? (remember that I don't have an attorney who can keep continuing it for me)
2.) Let's say his bond hearing is March 1, and his master calendar hearing is March 3. Let's say they give him a lower bond, but I am not able to bail him out until March 15 because I won't have the money until then. What will happen after his master calendar hearing? Isn't that just where they tell him what his charges are and then give him a personal court date? Will it affect the bond if he has to go to the master calendar hearing while he is still in detention waiting?
3.) Let's take the same scenario above and alter it a little bit. Bond hearing is March 1, and master calendar hearing is March 3. I have the money, and I come bail him out ON March 1st. We stay at a hotel in Atlanta so we can go to the master calendar hearing on March 3rd. Are they going to take him back? If they DON'T re-detain him, could we go back home to Missouri, and file a motion to have his personal case heard closer to home so that we don't have to travel the 20 hours back to Georgia for his personal hearing in a few months??
