Does anyone have experience with applying for TN Status?
I am sure I meet all the requirements except for the "temporary" nature. I am a Canadian (currently living in Canada) intending to marry a US citizen.
Would a letter from the prospective employer stating that the job was temporary be reasonable evidence? Or is the fact that I do intend on marrying in the US override other evidence?
