Married husband on March-2006.
I130 filed on April-2006
I130 approved on July-2006
Sent visa packet on October,2006
Received Juarez Appt notice on September,2007.
Appointment in Juarez October 17,2007. Husband and I went to Juarez to have physical and attend Appt.
Appointment re-scheduled due to supposively missing paper work. Husband had to stay over there. I came back.
2nd appointment in Juarez November 28,2007.
Visa denied but qualified for Waiver (601)
Waiver Appointment January 7,2008
Waiver approved January 7,2008.
Waiver processs completed on January 8,2008. Husband received Visa and had to have it stamp in order to come back to the U.S.
Husband and I back in the U.S. Jan 9th 2008.
Requested ss card on January 24,2008
Received ss card on Feb 1,2008
Received welcome letter on February 15,2008.
Received permanent resident card on Feb.16,2008.
Now we can finally say he is legal and I'm expecting our daughter next month.
