Hey there everyone I called CDJ on wednesday, and they told me that we have a interview for April 7, 2008 i cant believe it I am so happy :bounce:

I still dont have the letter in my hands but I am so so happy I cant wait :thumbup::bounce:

congrats..hey pinkbutter why don't you call..like corona did. she called Mr's B's office back in Dec. and she got her a new appt. she had filed an appeal like me..and got a second chance..

What is the number for Mr. B's office? I already send like 13 faxes to CDJ and mailed letter too. Coranaf when did you sarted sending the letters to request a new interview?

Congratulations coronaf I also have good news my friends dad has his second chance appointment after being denied last year for May 12 I just found out today when I called the 202 number and I couldn't schedule the waiver appointment because I am not the petitioner nor the beneficiary so they are going to call. Good Luck pinkbutter and hope to hear that you have your appointment soon and also they mention tehy send the package yersterday. I am so happy helping other people thanks to you'll

Hey pinkbutter and lulu you'll might want to call the 202 number and see if they have a date for the appointment I just called yersterday and they told me that my friends dad has his appointmnet for May 12 and probably you'll already have a date. In less than 1 month of requesting the second interview for my friend they already have the second chance now it is up for them to write a well written HSL or get a lawyer I already told them about Laurel Scott and it is much easier because we live in Houston where she is at.
