I e-mailed the embassy three days ago and they e-mailed a copy of the approval letter dated Feb 12th!!!!

Interivew for green card (we were not supposed to get this but there was a mistake) April 2004 - Denied
5/30/07 interview in Mumbai for interview for visa - denied
7/13/07 filed waiver in Mumbai
8/03/07 waiver receached new dehli
2/15/08 recieved e-mail on approval.

Make sure you get your police certificate as soon as you arrive in India. My husband and i did not realize we needed one and our lawyer did not tell us. so we wasted some extra time with that.
