Can someone please post this question so that can Laurel can answer if possible?
My husband has 2 driving without a license tickets. He was given the second ticket because he was in a car accident- he was hit- was found not at fault. Thought he did not have a license he was given a ticket. Both tickets were taken care of and paid. When he goes to his medical and immigration interview, how should he answer when asked if he had any problems with the police, should he mention the accident. Please advice, thanx.

I saw this in another post from EmilyMartinez, I didn't know if you saw it yet. She wanted someone to ask these questions.
1. I do not have a paypal account, and do not see any reason to open one. So is it possible for me to have my sister use hers, and pay under her name for a conference with Laurel?
2. regarding I 864. My step dad will be my co sponsor. This year he did not make the income due to loss of employment, but has since regained employment. If I need to provide an I 864 before the new tax season can he use his last 3 tax forms to prove he meets the income along with a letter from his employer?
3. Household size. My mom and dad now live with my grandparents so they can care for them (not financially). My parents income is completly seperate from theirs. Do they need to include them in the "household size" if their not providing any thing financial for them? (my grandparents are well off so chances of them needing financial help is non existant)

Hi, I have a lot of questions but im gonna ask one,can you ask Laurel
Scott if simple assault charges with a fine of $750.00 will be a big problem for the I-601 waiver, cause my boyfriend is going back to Masedonia on a voluntary dep. and before he goes we need to know if those charges are innadmisible charges, he's been in INS jail for three months now and the only option he seems to have is to plea guilty to simple assault than to take the chance of agravated assault charges they offer him to plea guilty to simple, if not they'll try to get aggravated assault!!!wich is worse and we know he is innocent but we might not be able to prove it, our inccompetent imm. lawyer says its ok to plea guilty but Im not sure about that. He overstayed his C-1 visa for four yrs. and we knnow automatically is 10yrs!!!but I think it will be easier to get it for that than for criminal charges... Thanks can you please ask for me :please:

HIII, if someone can ask my situation to Laurel Scott i would apreciatte... because .. i cannot open chat from my work comput .. and the chat times i'm at work.... sooo
i was in bahamas with my fiance and when we were at preclearence in nassau airport ( still bahams) the officers canceled my visa saying that was the wrong visa because i was living with my fiancee with a tourist visa ... soo they canceled it and the officer told to my fiancee too marry me and get the right visa and they didnt fingerprint me, make me sign anything and i payed my flight back home ... and i have never overstayed and i entered legal at US ... so my question is: What is can happens at the interview?? they can ask me to file for a waiver or my visa was just canceled?? If she thinks is gonna have anyproblem??
I appreciate..if someone can ask her that..i'm really nervous about that... thankss again!!!!
