Hi All,
I was deported (voluntarily) at POE (Vancouver, Canada) in the Jan. of 1999, under Act 212 (a)(7)(A)(i)(I). If I want to re-apply visa for tourism. Do I need to file any document for re-entry? If so, what document? I-212 or I-601 or ...? How many years that I will be banned?

you will need to apply for the visa first
it will then be denied
my best guess is that you will need to file both waivers
but its just my best guess
anyone else?

Are you married to a USC or the child of one?
Do you mean you were given Voluntary Departure?

You can't do a waiver to get a tourist visa -- you need a relative to prove extreme hardship to themselves were you not re-admitted. I'm not sure if it's possible to get another tourist visa after being given VD or deported...
It doesn't seem like you would need any waiver. You were simply turned around because you lacked a visa, and it was over 5 years ago so you certainly don't need the I-212. The I-601 has no relevance to you. I don't see that any waiver would be necessary, you didn't commit any crime or immigration violation. It shouldn't be a big deal.
FYI, there are waivers for non-immigrants, but I don't know much about them. Either way, it shouldn't be required in this case.
