I-601 or I-212??

Hi All,

I was deported (voluntarily) at POE (Vancouver, Canada) in the Jan. of 1999, under Act 212 (a)(7)(A)(i)(I). If I want to re-apply visa for tourism. Do I need to file any document for re-entry? If so, what document? I-212 or I-601or ...? How many years that I will be banned?

212 (a)(7)(A)(i)(I) is inadmisability under Visa Waiver Program they are saing you ave abused visa wiaver program VWP is for short stays and quick entrys some people stay in US for whole year by comeing back every 3 months DHS can see that as abuse as if you intend to stay longer you need to obtain visa

you dont need any waiver for that you need a visa through consulate you havent been deported unless there is another section mentioned in that docs
