I just noticed on my ticker that I filed the waiver over a year ago and I am still waiting for a decision. God help us please!! I really just want to go home so bad! I miss Wal Mart and Taco Bell! I even miss my little two bedroom apartment that I used to have, even though I hated the place where it was located. I just want to be back in America, end of story! Six years is long enough. Hurry up Rome!!!:bang::curse:

My God it has been a year for me also, Feb 13th 2007 I submitted my waiver...my family is very uncertain on we are expecting now...
We have put our life on hold for the past 3 years waiting for some guy to give us what he thinks about re-uniting our family again...they need to change these laws...its not fair any more and I am tired of waiting that long.

Judging from the last member to come out of Rome, it appears that it will be about 4 months or so. But hang in there!

Thanks for all of your kind comments. I am not giving up. I believe that something good will come out in the end. I believe that God will never give me or my husband more than we can handle. Good luck to all of you who are still waiting. I hope that good news comes to all of you.

Oh how I miss Taco Bell!!!! and so much more. I've been out of the country with my husband and kids for over a year and a half. We never thought it would take this long but here were are. But we have been lucky enoufgh to find friends to send us things that we miss and that has been awesome! And having my very own stash of refried beans has helped too!

Guys, my waivers (601 and 212) has been is Rome for about 9 months now and they emailed me that my waiver has been with an officer for the past 2 months…how long does it take to process a waiver.
Also, do they process 212 then the 601 or the other way around?

they process the 601 and then the 212. It looks like mine has been with an officer for about 3 months. It can take up to eight months or even longer. I hope you hear something soon.

It can be different from post to post. For Vermont they usually process together.
Wish you good luck.

With the officer. Hopefully it won't take that long. But it all depends on how backed up they are. Good Luck.
