I applied an I30 for my stepdaugter in June of 2004. Her 1601 waiver was approved in CDJ on Feb 6th 2008. Now I am wondering what comes next. I know she has her visa now, but how does she become a permanent resident and eventially a USC? I have no clue how this process works and I am hoping some one could give me some advice.
