I have been pouring myself into all these threads to find out what to include with the waiver, but I really have not found anything useful. Could someone please tell me what to give them? I know that I have to include everything that I can involving the deportation, is that it? Or do I need to put together another hardship packet like with the I-601? My husband will turn them in at the same time during his waiver appt. in CDJ. Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated!

Go back throught the chat conversations. . .I cannot remember where or when but Laurel made a point of saying that when you are submitting BOTH through CDJ that you don't need 2 hardship packages--also there are lots in the CDJ forum who've done both. You would need to add the deportation documents--like you already stated, but the rest of the packet doesn't need to be duplicated. Did you ask any of the guys in the CDJ forum this question?? They would have great answers for you. Pinkpig could probably give you some names :)

OHHHHH!!! LOL I have been there! I was just not sure if there were different things that you had to turn in with the I-212 because it was a different waiver... I would give you more reputation points for helping me, but it says I must spread it out before I give you more... stupid bureaucratic points giver outer!

LOL :) thank you for the points! I look like an orphan with so little "green"

yeah, a couple of the people on the CDJ side have done both. . .I saw a post about it the other day, just cannot for the life of me remember who it was.
