I recieved a letter in the mail today from the USCIS regarding our application for action on a approved I-130. I believe that is application I-824. It was denied, I am not sure if I can file a waiver after this denial does anyone know?

no It doesnt say why it is denied... It does say the evidence reveals that the original app has already been forwarded to the nvc for issuance of an immigrant visa at the requested location. therfore no further action is necessary. accordingly all uscis action in this matter is terminated. I dont understand

So you filed the I-824 to have your I-130 sent to the National Visa Center, right? Well, if I understand this correctly, it seems that your I-130 is already at the NVC. It is not a denial.

Yes I did file the I-824 the begining of the letter states this notice is in reference to the form I-824 requesting further action on a previously approved I-130 petition, upon consideration, it is ordered that you application be denied.
Mosaic maybe it was denial because of your husband deportation order, from what I read from your story.
Do you have a lawyer, maybe you should ask laurel Scott, at the free chat tomorrow, is at 11 am, if you are not around by 11 am, pm Mendoza and she will ask the question to her.
Good luck
