1999 - husband entered US with tourist visa and stayed until 2001 and left to mexico
2001 - EWI
2005- started dating
12/06 - Married
4/07 - Baby
5/1/07 - Submit I-130
7/30/07- Called to get a receipt number - got it
(if it has been over four weeks and you haven't received a receipt number definately call)
I was told by the immigration officer " good thing you called.. the system was a little messed up awhile back and some people might NOT get their receipt numbers sent to them".
