Hello Guys !!!

Can anybody explain to me whats the difference between been deported and voluntarily withdraw your admission on port of entry????
because I have been voluntarily withdraw my admission and they send me back home but I pay for my own ticket, and they was very nice with me compare with other people. I mean they did not handcuff me or did anything bad, they were trying to make me feel good, but of course I came home witch made me very unhappy...
ANW, I just not understand why me??? I saw few people there witch they keep them in different room and they treat them very bad all of them with handcuffs, and all this people from all country's have been deported...

I just like to understand if was my lucky or what?? because most of them was the same as me ...only trying to enter but they background shows overstays.

So ...at the end no matter what , how you have been treat the process will be the same?
Same I-601..same HSL??? Just curios...
Tks,

ps: sorry my english it's not good.

No ban for the withdrawl, you may have issues with your overstays.

I think that it would be all depends who will look at your application next time. If immigration officer would have a bad night sleep before looking at your application ,they might not allow you to go to the US.
What country are you from? On what visa was your entering? You have mention an overstay, did you overstay before and for how long?

We need a little bit more info in order to answer your correct.
It is certainly good that you were allowed that option. The trick is to know what to do next. Are you planning to go back to the US?

P.S> You English is good:wink:
