It is with great pleasure that I’m finally able to introduce you all to our new baby… Koko! :D

Koko is a 1-yr toy poodle, only weighs 10 lbs, and he’s the cutest little thing. I have always wanted to have a dog, but my parents never agreed to it, and when Vampy and I married, we lived in an apartment for over 1 year. Now that we own a house, and have a nice big yard, we decided we would start looking for a dog in spring 08. We were looking into adopting. However, ours plans had to be changed. My husband’s friend told him that he was looking for a family for his daughters’ dog, because they didn’t pay much attention to Koko. My husband instantly said “I’ll take him” and so he did. When I first saw him, the first thing I said was "A poodle? but I don't like poodles". We’ve had him for 1 month now, and couldn’t be happier. It took him a while to adjust to us, he even cried and whined the first night, but he's now over that. Now, I'm all about reading about dogs and poodles (new addiction dogforums.com) and find myself at the pet supply store once a week. I can't imagine what it will be like when we actually have a baby :bounce:
