I decided to delete the original thread since there is no truth in it anymore and I don't want to see it go out of hand.

How about doing a scan of everything after starting all the protections mentioned? There are a few snoopers around to help (what is the postmark?). Another thing to consider if truly fraudulent, is to bring it up to your local postmaster for USPS to investigate as mail fraud.

Hit back against these sorts of things, and hit back hard...
