How much is total fee to hire a attorney help me through the whole green card process, can they make the process shorter than others who didn't hire a attorney, i mean how does they work exactly

i think atty's fee differs from each other..and i don't think it'll make any diference either with the process i.e short/longer...
I'd think the only good thing about hiring atty is you don't hv to mess with paperworks and what nots..

James - it really depends on your case. Every attorney charges different fees, and there is no one flat rate.

Oh, and an attorney does not necessarily mean your process will go faster. The most important thing to make sure whoever you hire is very experienced with the process you are going through and that you stay involved yourself.
