thanks for seeing i had the wrong # also . should have been a 644 and not a 694 . my next door neighbor is a immigration attorney and he left me a note before he left for Israel and his writing is as bad as a doctor so i had to guess. he called today to see how the research was going and he said to find YU vs Marshall 312 f . supp.229 (SD. Tex .1970) it is from the texas southern district and is a unpublished decision that is referenced alot. went to the library today but coudn't find to much . too many people wanting to use the computer. any ideas?? thanks AL:thumbup:
