MAR 2004-Our 2nd bundle of joy, Victor, was born.
AUG 2004-We mutually decided to take Lynette's mentally
ill mom (schizoaffective disorder w/bipolar tend.)
into our home, which we later found out helped
Eric's waiver case, because it's a Level 1 Hardship.
SEP 2004-Hired Attorney Laurel Scott (www.visacentral.net)
OCT 2004-Submitted I-130/I-130 Receipt ($185 at the time)

and DS-230, but...
JUN 2005-I lost my job, so Laurel Scott put the case on hold.
JUL 2005-JAN 2006-I found another job, but we were twidling
our thumbs because Eric got scared about having to
stay in Mexico for a year (this was before PILOT came
out) and finally after lots of thinking of what's best in
the long run, we let Laurel continue our case.
FEB 2006-Sent remaining paperwork to NVC and praying for change
in immigration law
DEC 2006-Received CDJ Appointment for IR1 Visa. Gosh...so soon?
I can't afford for Eric staying in Mexico now! Must
reschedule!
FEB 2007-Rescheduled original appt. which was Feb. 14, 2007. Glad
we did, cuz a month later, they came up with the CDJ
Pilot Program, yeah!!!
OCT 2007-Laurel got (late!) notice about our appt. for 11/07/07!!!
We decided to go despite the late notice. Glad we did!
