Hooray for Pennsylvania Judges!!!

US Distrtict Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania rules that a city ordinance regulating the employment and presence of illegal aliens is unconstitutional. The court said, "We cannot say clearly enough that persons who enter this country without legal authorization are not stripped immediately of all of their rights because of this single act."

You know Laurel, a friend of mine just lost her illegal husband she has two us citizens children and she's illegal, and he did work with bad ss # for years. Social Security wouldn't make her an appt. cuz they can't give them a legal ss #. So I think this should also apply to this kind of problems.
