Hi Laurel, I am very new at this and have a stupid opener question. When my husband went to his waiver appointment on January 7, 2008 he was put on back log. He has had misdemeanors in the past and we expected this. But he did not get a letter stating the reason that he was backlogged so we do not know if we need to submit additional information. How do I find out? Thanks

Go over to this forum (http://immigrate2us.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=6) and post your situation there. Like when is your husband's visa interview, does he have any criminal record and what you have started if anything for the waiver. Also, read all the sticky posts at the top of that forum. Those will help a lot!
