Anyone waiting on an appeal?????

I am currently waiting on an appeal, I believe off the top of my head was filed in November 2006, Just wanted to know if anyone else was waiting on the same thing, real depressed :cry:after reading alot on it and how alot of them (i read) are just denied, not even given a chance, Mine was all due to a BAD Hardship letter, but I re-wrote that and it better and has very good reasons WHY it would be an "extreme :fright: " hardship. Its getting tough.

Have you been in touch with member Palinurus? You might want to PM her...Her husband is in Argentina. Her story sounds like yours. I think she has refiled though with a new interview and a new waiver filed in Lima earlier this year.
