1. Your K1 petition was approved or K1 visa was approved?

2. What interview?

3. Why are you leaving the US?

4. Yes they can find out. No you cannot lie. It's not only way out but it will lead to charges of misrepresentation, potential fines/perjury charges,etc.

I don't understand what the problem is? If she came into the country legally, what's the issue? If she didn't, she needs to leave for her home county before her interview.
