I was wondering if anybody knows wether or not if there is a chance that fees for a fiancee visa can be waived due to low income hardships. If anybody knows the answer to this it would help me.:innocent:

File before the end of the month, because at least it is only $170 right now. Certainly there are many other costly things in the immigration process after filing, so I don't know if just getting the filing fee waived will help. And in the end USCIS wants to make sure that both of you together are solvent as so you don't become wards of the state.

Fee waivers are possible - check the USCIS site. But remember that as the petitioner, you have to prove your ability to support your fiance, either yourself or with a co-sponsor.
