I was just wondering if there has been any new approvals or if anyone has filed any new I-129f applications. We filed ours earlier this year and have not heard any news as of yet. I do know that about a month after we sent the I-129f form they sent a letter saying it and been transfered to Calif. for faster processing.

Have you checked the status online? I'm on a similar timeline..........it was received on March 8, transferred to California on March 26, and touched on April 26, and nothing since then.

My reciept date was April 4th. I haven't heard a thing yet! Maybe we will hear something by the end of July. One thing I can say, the priority dates on the USCIS website have been progressing at a good speed.

We filed our I-129F at the end of February and received our NOA2 on May 17. However, we are filing for a fiance visa so I don't know if processing times are different in that case. I've found that the processing times on the USCIS website are not very accurate or up to date. If you check out the timelines at visajourney.com they will give you a much better picture of where USCIS is at. The info is self-reported by people going through the process.
Hope that helps!

Yes I wonder too if the fiance I-129f's are processed faster. I agree the timelines on the USCIS website are not up to date but they are at least moving forward. Thanks inlimbo for sharing----when are you going for your interview? I know that you guys can go whenever but when were you guys planning on going?
