Dear Friend's
Please help me with my query.
I came here in USA on12Th April 2006 in b2 visa.
On October 11Th i applied L1A visa which was denied on 27Th March 07 then i have filed motion to reopen which was again denied on 6Th June and now my lawyer says i have to go back before 23 Sept before bar triggers for me please advice and help.i really appreciate your help.Thanking you in advance.
