Wow, I just heard about this, I used to go through that bridge when I would go to Reynosa, but I consider it dangerous because it's very lonely when you cross you end up in the outskirts of Reynosa not the actual city, so I'ld rather use the Hidalgo Bridge that is connected to downtown Reynosa, besides the Pharr bridge has many lumps on the road so if you're going fast (which everyone does) your vehicle moves up and down and can easily get out of control.
