Hello this is my first time on this website and I was hoping I can get some opinions on my situation. My boyfriend is a U.S. citizen and I came to the US F1 visa from some country in 1998 and graduated 2003After 2004 i am out of statues and still working some palce illegaly all these years. Now we would like to get married. We were kind of waiting on a reform to pass but I knew this reform wouldn't budge so we want go on with our plans. So we would like to marry as soon as possible. If we do get married within the next month what paper work should i need and what about lawyer.

If you entered the US as a student, you're fine. You're not even technically unlawfully present, just out of status. You don't need any kind of reform, you can file now with no problems, just like anyone else. You wouldn't need a lawyer, the forms are simple and if you have any questions, just post them here. Once married, you'll need the I-130 and I-485, and I-765 if you want to apply for work authorization.
