I am married to a us citizen and have a child. I entered without inspection in Dec. 2003. I have never left again. I just mailed the I-130 in CA, but I was wondering if I would qualify for the I-601.

i tlooks like you qualify since you never left. I think you will get the ban for 10 years for staying in the US for over a year but thats what the I-601 waiver is for. You still have lots of time to get it prepared to show extreme hardship to the US citizen
good luck

Yes, I agree with TO, you should be fine, assuming you don't have an unusual criminal record, etc. You can start posting in the waiver - I-601 Mexico forum. You should be able to process through the new pilot program and only be out of the U.S. if you are immediately approved.
