Hey Everyone!
I really want to ask Laurell scott her opinion on my criminal record?
Any Idea how I can ask over this site?
I was arrested as a juvinile four years ago, for a single offence of shoplifting..recieved a warning.
Plus didnt know i had been arrested, so when asked by a immigration officer at the poe.. i told him d never been arrested. As was on reprimand, wich ment i was not taken into custody at the time of offence, just told to return..however found out i was technically arrested : (
Thanks x

Did you try asking on the free chat on Wednesdays at 11am Central time?

It's located here (http://www.visacentral.net/forum.html).

She doesn't usually respond to questions on this site. Otherwise you can consult with her for about $125 which could be very useful in a complicated situation like yours. You can check the consultation link on her website (http://www.visacentral.net), although I think lately she's been so booked she might not be doing consultations for awhile. You might also try to consult with Ana Maria Schwartz (http://www.amschwartzlaw.com/)who is like her protegé and has been helping a lot of people on this site.

A consult with Laurel is money well spent.
