hey everyone... i missed you...

on the old forum i had bookmarked a REALLY important thread where someone had listed a source from a well-known journal, i'm pretty sure it was the american journal of psychiatry, about how there is a lack of psychiatrists in mexico or something like that. can the poster or anyone else who jotted that down help me out here?
