Melendez Waiver Approved (backlog)

Just read on Juarez forum that Melendez called the 202 and was informed she had an appointment on October 10, 2007. She has not received anything in the mail. Just want to send a big Congratulations to her!!:)

Yes I am usually on the Juarez discussion forum and just saw her approval,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,this is great!:love::grpwave::jumpy:

I read on your little area that your @ 7 months 3 wks 6 days, we are almost at the same time frame,,,,7 months 3 weeks and counting,,,,,,maybe we will soon know when we get approved, somehow I keep thinking late July or middle of August for our approvals and then probably pick up in Nov or early Dec,,,,,,just in time for the holidays!

Thank God they are working in CDJ!!

We filed ours on Monday 11/05/06 so we are now only 5 days apart from you and counting the days off to approval!

I am anxious to get this over with!:shy::disguise::bounce:
It's already been long enough....my husband has been gone now starting almost his 10th month in Monterrey,MX,,,,,,and he is growing impatient, big time!

I told him we should hopefully have our decision sometime in late July or late August if not before,,,,only God knows when this will occur, how about you when do you think they might come from CDJ?

Hey Mamacita, agree with you, I think that if we continue at 6 approvals per week we should hear something in at the most 6 weeks. Let's hope it's a lot sooner. I just seriously want to get this over with. My husband is so tired of this whole situation.

Melendez got her approval letter today. She was approved on June 19th by Warren Janssen.

I sincerely hope your correct, you and I are at almost the same time frame, we are at 7 months, 3 wks, 2 days waiting on our waiver approval?

I am guess it will be more like toward the end of August we will get some "good news"! I hope your right, I'd rather think of mid August!

They have to hurry up as my husband too is getting really restless and so ready to come back home to us!:shy::confused::cry:

It's the phone number to the visa office 202-663-1541 you can call to check on your case, but it's not very up to date. You have to press 0 when the recording comes on.
