Boil the chicken or pork (whichever meat you prefer) until tender
Fry in oil the tomatillo, onion and garlic until tender.
Place above fried mixture, chile poblanos, cilantro, and jalapenos or serranos in the blender with a little broth from meat.
Take out all liquid from canned hominy and add to the meat
Put blended mixture in the meat
Add salt to season
Serve with lettuce, onion, lime, cilantro, green salsa, chips or toastadas, and radishes.
