My waivers(i601 &i212) got denied at Rome.My submitted my waivers at Islamabad embassy, and got denied at Rome after 10 months.I got my denial letter very late.I have only one week left to appeal.I am considering refiling, but i don't know whether Rome accept refiling or i will start over with a new visa petition(i130) all over again. Please reply me if anybody knows about it.This is very urgent.

Sorry to hear about your denial. You can resubmit a new 601 waiver to Rome based on new findings and new hardship.
Filing an appeal is a waste of time since it takes more than a year and the end result is almost always a denial. Call your Consulat and ask them how you should proceed. Good Luck.

Sorry to hijack the thread...but:
Our son and DIL (Brazilian national) continue to struggle as we all do (whether immigration is the name of one of our challenges or not ;) .
The really good news is that they are expecting a baby this summer....Quite a surprise for everyone but we are all just delighted...
