Hello Everyone
I am a Permanent Resident and just got married to a girl that has H2B so i am wondering what is the process we did get married in church her visa expires in 1 month so will she be legal to stay in USA after her visa expires and what should i do please HELP

I'm not sure of the specifics, but no, being married to you does not make her "legal to stay" after her visa expires. Since you are a permanent resident and not a citizen, she can't adjust status through you. For the moment, the best thing to do might be for her to look into getting an extension on her visa or going back to her country and trying for another H2B visa so that she can be with you in the mean time. If they know she's married to a resident, though, the chances she'll be granted another H2B are slim.
Good luck. I wish I had more knowledge about the process for residents to petition thier spouses. How long until you can become a citizen?

Well she can adjust, however, since you are not a USC yet, you have the wait longer for her to get a visa number and I don't think she is allowed to remain in the US while her petition is pending.
