*From 2004 - 2007 Asylum Denied / Appeal Denied
*June 2008 -Started daiting my now husband :inlove:
*February 2009 - 2nd Appeal Submitted - Denied again in November 2009
*February 27 2009 - Married Civil ceremony ::love::love:
*April 2009 I-130 Submitted
*April 2009 Motion to Reopen submitted
* August 8, 2008 Married in Church ceremony :wedding: ( Best Day of my life)
*September 2009 Motion to re-open Granted ( Now I'm out of my dad's asylum // Now I have a AOS case trough my husband)
*October 2009 - I-130 interview - Interview Granted in the spot !:yay: :happydance:
*December 2009 - Medical Exam Done
*December 2009 - IJ appointment Scheduled for April 1st 2010 :clap: (This day Judge will decide if I can file 1-485 in court or in USCIS :innocent::scratch:
*April 1 -2010 = IJ Hearing :martini: ?????
