Good morning everyone!

Just curious, but if your 601 waiver is rejected the first time - can you re-file and if so how many times?

Yes, you can re-file or appeal or reconsider (MTR). It doesn't matter how many times.

I can't recall, but if your I-130 expires (not sure IF I-130 can expire. Giving 30% sure..lol..don't wanna be giving wrong infos, again) before you can refile, you might hv to start from that. Other than that, just the waiver as long as your I-130 still valid.

Others may re-confirm. As always, my brain always half-dead by night time. :thumbup:;)
