We had our interview today. We didn't get the stamp or the GC, but we knew we wouldn't because our I-102 is STILL pending. Our lawyer came with us and it was worth every penny because of my husband's lack of evidence. He only asked my husband for his name, date of entry, date of birth and our daughter's name. We gave him copies of our birth certificates and evidence that we live together. All in all, it was roughly 5 (nerve racking, hectic, whirl-wind) minutes and the officer said that we would have been approved had we had proof of his entry. I could kick his butt for losing that dang piece of paper! Our lawyer talked with the officer more than we did. Our interview time was 1:30 and we were out the door at 1:45.
Moral of the story - don't lose your I-94.
