In a large mixing bowl combine sour cream and cream cheese mix with a mixer for 3 minutes until fluffy/semi fluffy
mix in onion
mix in spinach make sure it's mixed well and the spinach isn't stuck together
salt & pepper to taste
if the dip isn't to proper consistency stir in milk
once mixed together chill until ready to serve
if ready to serve pour into center of the bread loaves
tear off small pieces of the loaf, dip and enjoy
