Hi All,
Well I'm planning to do the filing process for the K-1 Visa in the next month or so. What I'm wondering about is can we file the I-129F and the I-601 packet together? We know that my fiance will be inadmissable due to an overstay so is it best just to file those at the same time?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot file the I-601 until the consulate officer tells you that you are ineligible for an immigrant visa and why.
This will be at the consulate interview in CDJ. I am assuming that you are going thru Mexico.

Actually, this is posted in "all other countries," so maybe it's not CDJ/Mexico. Also, an overstay doesn't make on inadmissible unless that person has already exited the U.S. Maybe if you provide more details it will help. As Pinkpig said though, you can't file the I-601 with the I-129F, you need to wait until the consular interview.

Yes my fiance is in Australia and I'm assuming it would be filed in Bangkok
